my sister is having some very serious problems with herself love/respect and esteem. ive been trying to help her out buy writing on her mirror " i am loved" i am strong" and "i am important" but im running out of things to wright. i would like some suggestions if yall don't mind. her problem got so bad she started harming herself so i really need help. thank you all and may the Goddess bless yall with a prosperous life.

Sliding my hands over the leather bound table made slick with my sweat I arch my back straining against the lovely torture inflaming my foot.
